About The Position

As a Manager, SAP FICO, you will oversee the development and execution of product initiatives within our organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
  • 7 - 10 Years of experience preferred
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Product Feature Definition and Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features and requirements based on business goals, market research, and customer feedback. Prioritize features and tasks in the product backlog considering factors like business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to align on product goals and priorities. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Product Development Oversight: Lead the execution of product development efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Monitor progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Requirements Management and Documentation: Gather, document, and communicate product requirements to ensure a clear understanding among all stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Communicate product plans, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including senior management and other relevant teams. Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, progress, and key performance metrics.
  • Overseeing Backlog and Roadmap: Manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and is effectively prioritized based on business needs. Maintain and communicate the product roadmap, aligning it with strategic goals and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals and expectations, evaluate performance, and support the professional development of team members.
