We are currently searching for a SAP FICO : Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive AMS support for S/4HANA Finance , specifically covering GL, AR, AP, AA, and Banking . Lead FICO Controlling activities , including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders . Manage Treasury operations , focusing on bank account management, payment medium creation , and EBS (Electronic Bank Statement) processing. Execute Asset Management tasks , such as fixed asset accounting, depreciation calculations , and asset retirements. Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in a multi-vendor, global environment, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs . Monitor interfaces and batch jobs proactively, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues. Coordinate with offshore teams and business users to resolve system defects and support release management. Identify automation use cases and design operations efficiency roadmaps to optimize operational costs. Requirements: At least 8 years of functional experience in the Finance domain. Minimum 6 years of experience supporting SAP ERP for large-scale client engagements. Extensive hands-on configuration experience in SAP FICO (ECC and S/4HANA). Deep understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other modules. Proven track record in AMS activities , including proactive monitoring, KPI reporting, and ticket-based documentation. Graduate Engineer degree from a reputable institution. Desired: Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation . Knowledge of Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Project Systems (PS) . Ability to mentor and groom junior team members. Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish. Requirements
