About The Position

Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership management experience
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience
- Previous experience in a startup/scale-up environment
- Experience in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record in developing and retaining high-performing sales teams
- Strategic and visionary skill set
- Experience in complex deal and contract negotiations
Responsibilities
- Grow and develop a world-class Commercial and SDR team
- Drive accountability for forecasting, pipeline, performance, and attainment
- Align and report on key revenue metrics
- Support refinement of revenue and marketing organizationsâ playbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coach and develop employees regularly
- Support and lead complex deal negotiations
- Advocate for company diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Support onboarding and employee growth strategies
