About The Position

As Instacart continues its rapid expansion, we are looking to add a Sales Manager to our Emerging Brand Partnerships team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates as they develop & grow brand relationships at Instacart. The Sales Manager will coach their team on sales best practices, data analysis, and the CPG, advertising and eCommerce landscape, as well as work cross functionally to grow the business. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, can work in a fast-paced environment, and has sales leadership experience in advertising (paid search a plus), CPG, or eCommerce. The Brand Partnership team focuses on partnering with consumer packaged goods companies to grow their business across Instacart's over 1,500 retail banners. We love working with companies of all sizes, whether established household names or new emerging brands, to reach new customers on Instacart!

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years experience in a sales environment with 2+ years as a people manager
  • History of exceeding sales goals/quota
  • History of developing early career professionals
  • Creative problem-solverTrack recording of excelling cross functionally and in a high growth climate
  • Process driven
