About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by managing key client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and expanding our footprint across IT services and technology solutions. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, closing new business, and collaborating closely with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT sales, technology sales, or services sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an IT services or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and delivery models (onsite, offshore, hybrid).
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for IT services and solutions, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities across digital transformation, cloud, data, application development, infrastructure, and managed services.
  • Lead proposal development including RFP/RFI responses, pricing, commercials, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and solution architecture teams to create compelling client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Negotiate contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning IT solutions accordingly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery, supporting long-term account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences as required.
