The Manager of New Business Sales will be focused on leading a highly motivated team of Account Executives in a way that drives growth, accountability, success and aligns with ZoomInfo's core values across the full suite of products but primarily the core Copilot platform. This highly visible position will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives delivering new revenue against an assigned quota. This manager will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives (AEs), driving performance through proactive coaching, strategic guidance, and a hands-on leadership approach. The ideal candidate will foster a high-performance culture where AEs are empowered to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities independently. The Account Executives will target SMB companies with fewer than 100 employees often operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments where agility and efficiency are critical to success.
