This position is responsible for implementing the sales training strategy, programs, and practices within Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC). In collaboration with RBNA Sales Training, this role will lead the adaptation, design, development, and integration of learning solutions that support knowledge and skill development within RBDC’s sales organization. The role will also ensure that all training solutions meet Red Bull’s brand standards. Responsibilities include enhancing and overseeing all aspects of learning solutions—such as project management, communications, content management, sales role onboarding, and training facilitation—while incorporating feedback from sales leadership and ensuring alignment with RBDC sales strategies and global curricula. This position will partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure that Red Bull’s 70/20/10 learning philosophy is effectively applied and that key lessons from in-person and virtual training programs are reinforced. The role is accountable for delivering programs that develop both the sales capabilities of Field Sales roles and the coaching and management skills of RBDC managers and leaders.
