About The Position

The Manager, Sales Support is responsible for leading the Sales Support function and ensuring that the organization has the tools, processes, and resources needed to achieve its' ambitious growth target. This role oversees the execution of administrative, analytical, and operational support to drive sales efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and enable the sales team to focus on selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer service within a B2B environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.), data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and ERP tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in audio and/or manufacturing environments.
  • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP or similar certifications a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Support Specialists/Coordinators to provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee order management, pricing administration, contract processing, and customer account maintenance.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve accuracy in sales support functions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure all stakeholders have the necessary tools, collateral, and data insights to drive performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights on order velocity, fulfillment, and cycle times.
  • Oversee data integrity and reporting within related sales systems; collaborate with IT and Sales to optimize tools.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer requests, quotations, and order follow-ups to support long-term relationships and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing education for sales staff on systems, processes, and tools.
  • Serve as a liaison between other departments to align objectives and resolve issues quickly.
