Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs), insurance operations, or similar distribution partners.
  • Prior experience supporting national or complex distribution accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements within sales or operations functions.
  • Strong case management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and workflow or case management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs), marketers, and agents regarding case status, documentation requirements, and issue resolution.
  • Manage and resolve pending cases, NIGO items, and processing exceptions accurately and within established service standards.
  • Provide proactive, timely case status updates to external partners and internal Sales and National Accounts stakeholders.
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and partner with leadership to implement process improvements and reduce rework.
  • Respond to and resolve case-related inquiries on behalf of National Accounts and Sales teams.
