The Manager, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analytics is a strategic individual contributor responsible for delivering advanced analytics and insights to all business units that optimizes the U.S. commercial sales force performance. Operating within the Commercial Excellence (CommEx) framework, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Leadership to translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive growth, productivity, and customer-centric engagement. The position supports the full Sales Force Effectiveness lifecycle, including customer segmentation and targeting, customer profiling and insight generation, incentive compensation design and validation, and sales force and territory design. Through rigorous analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic influence, this role enables data-driven commercial decisions that strengthen execution, improve field effectiveness, and support Fresenius Kabi’s long-term growth objectives. This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week. Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
