The Manager of Sales Engineering will lead and develop a team of high-performing Sales Engineers who support Account Executives with demos, technical validations, and solution designs for healthcare clients. This role will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align technical expertise with business goals. You'll coach and mentor Sales Engineers to ensure they influence deals and act as trusted advisors to prospects. Ideal candidates combine strong technical and business skills with leadership experience. A key differentiator for this role is the ability to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline workflows, drive team productivity, and optimize the sales process.
