Requirements

  • At least 2 years of people management experience in the SaaS industry (preferred).
  • Strong team management skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • 2+ years of B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving quota.
  • Experience leading inbound and outbound teams who strategically engage with potential customers using a personalized, multi-channel approach centered on value.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and uncover insights that inform strategy.
  • A natural mentor and coach with a focus on developing others.
  • Experience managing complex internal ecosystems and building strong partnerships across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Join as a member of the founding Sales Development team in San Francisco.
  • Build and manage a high-performing group of outbound and inbound professionals.
  • Shape the foundation of our go-to-market engine in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.
  • Hire, onboard, and coach SDRs.
  • Establish repeatable processes that generate high-quality pipeline and revenue.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with sales executives, marketing, and operations to craft and execute tailored strategies.
  • Take a data-centric approach to decision-making to ensure accurate forecasting and effective team management.
