The Sales Development Manager is a hands-on, people-first leader responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating a team of SDRs. You’ll guide reps in mastering the foundational skills of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation—equipping them for long-term success at Levitate. You’ll partner closely with Sales Development Leadership, RevOps, and Account Executives to ensure your team is executing effectively, generating high-quality pipeline, and representing Levitate with authenticity and professionalism.
