About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Sales Development to both lead a team of Associate Account Executives and personally drive new business development. This "working manager" role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales responsibilities. You will set the pace for your team, model best practices, and actively contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation. The best candidate for this role will have a results-oriented mindset and a competitive spirit with a high level of self-motivation and a desire to succeed. You are highly organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team structure. Requirements

  • Have a competitive spirit and are achievement-oriented
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation
  • Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Thrive in both team leadership and individual contributor roles
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Healthcare, or a relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare technology or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in individual sales and business development
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and pipeline management
  • Must be willing to travel domestically up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Associate Account Executives, including hiring, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, regularly tracking and reporting on performance
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team environment
  • Be measured on both individual and team contribution focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, contributing directly to corporate booking targets.
  • Oversee prospecting, qualification, and outreach strategies for the team
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors and their products
  • Partner with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure seamless integration of sales strategies
