About The Position

Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs. We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, 'checkbox' security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection.

Requirements

  • Ability to motivate high-volume, goal-oriented lead generation reps on a proactive and sustained basis.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for handling both staff and external customers.
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals.
  • Identify ways to define and refine lead generation and lead management processes.
  • Evaluate prospective database needs and requirements.
  • 2 years prior SDR management experience, preferably at a fast-growing CyberSecurity or SaaS company.
  • 2 years of direct selling experience.
  • Excellent skills in the use of Sales Force.com application.
  • Experience with recruiting, training, directing and motivating staff.

Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and lead a team that focuses on prospecting into our ideal customer profile.
  • Drive success through cross-functional initiatives, while working with our outside sales team and marketing.
  • Coach and mentor outbound lead development team of SDRs.
  • Continually and closely manage, train and mentor the team.
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual lead development objectives.
  • Act as a champion for the forward momentum of the company.
  • Provide feedback on the quality of leads driven by marketing and marketing communications teams to create an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence (i.e. best practices).
  • Identify, utilize and optimize all company collateral to support lead development efforts.
