About The Position

This position will report to Brea, CA Manager Outside Sales The Manager Outside Sales position is responsible for leading, building and implementing collaborative business solutions for (Customers or Foodservice channel operators and distributors) within a specific geography. This position is expected to work cross functionally with internal sales, sales strategy and execution, customer planning and development, business development, marketing, operations, and pricing. Additionally, the Manager Outside Sales is accountable for volume growth and performance. The successful candidate must deliver results while demonstrating the RIGHT behaviors (Results, Innovate, Growth Mindset, Humility, Team Work).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience.
  • Beef and/or Pork experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated agility & ability to adapt to dynamic business needs
  • Inquisitive & solution-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Travel: 15-20%
