The Safety Program Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s safety program and collaborating with leadership, operational support groups, and direct services teams to promote a culture of safety among employees and everywhere Liliʻuokalani Trust (LT) operates. This position oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety policies, procedures, and training to remain compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. The Safety Program Manager plays a critical role in advising leadership and collaborating with People Operations to foster an environment of open communication, accountability, and continuous learning in order to reduce risks and improve safety and emergency preparedness measures.
