About The Position

This position will support Pricing and SOW managing directors with actionable analysis Conduct pricing analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking to identify optimization opportunities Assist in developing and executing pricing strategies under CoE leadership Analyze pricing data and customer behavior to recommend pricing adjustments Use Power BI and other tools to create dashboards and reports measuring pricing performance Maintain clear pricing policies and frameworks to ensure consistency and transparency Ensure accurate and timely pricing execution using pricing tools and systems Collaborate with team members to share best practices and promote knowledge-sharing Lead training sessions to enhance pricing capabilities across the organization Work as intermediary between CoE and the firm to ensure findings are communicated and attainment is supported Support CoE operations including, but not limited to: SOW, PFP model tuning, pricing, growth, maintenance of artifacts, and report extracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
  • Proficient use of applicable technology

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field; pricing certification a plus
  • 6 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or consulting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, Python, and data analysis tools
  • Experienced with Power BI for creating pricing dashboards and reports
  • Strong analytical skills in pricing analytics, financial modeling, and market research
  • Detail-oriented with data-driven, client-focused problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex pricing insights clearly
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter, motivated to independently pursue analyses
