Position Overview: marketing strategies that drive product sales across both retail and wholesale channels. This role requires a strong understanding of B2C and B2B marketing, brand positioning, promotional planning, and customer engagement across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in both physical and digital retail environments, as well as wholesale relationship management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a preferred focus in luxury retail and/or wholesale channels
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms (e.g Gogle Analytics)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to retail and wholesale audiences.
  • Manage creative development with external partners
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on campaign analytics.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, signage, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with retail partners and store managers to support brand consistency and visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Create targeted B2B marketing materials (e.g., product catalogs, trade show presentations, line sheets).
  • Support the sales team with pitch decks, lead generation, and customer communications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, offering marketing support and co-branding opportunities.
  • Manage digital campaigns including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Develop content strategies that appeal to both retail consumers and wholesale buyers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics across all channels.
  • Track KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and present findings to stakeholders.
