About The Position

Our physical therapists commonly treat orthopedic, sports and neurological conditions and help to prevent and relieve pain from injuries, the aging process, and chronic conditions. The Corewell Health Orthopedic Center – 2770 E. Beltline Ave. NE provides sports performance training, orthopedic urgent care, and comprehensive rehabilitation services — all under one roof. This facility revolutionizes mobility and wellness, ensuring exceptional outcomes for every patient. Scope of work Responsible for integration of rehabilitation services, care delivery and programs across the continuum, coordinating and collaborating closely with Service Line Leaders and community partners to ensure streamline and standardized care. Works collaboratively with the director to assure alignment of services and smooth transitions across the rehab continuum, in the acute and post acute settings. Analyzes and resolves inefficiencies and inconsistency of care across rehabilitation services. Plans, administers and manages staffing, productivity, finances, quality and programming ensuring that patient care is provided according to established standards of care and practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of rehabilitation (Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology) Required.
• Five years of leadership experience in the field of rehabilitation Required.
• MI Physical Therapist Required Or NB-COT Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) Required Or ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Upon Hire required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in management or healthcare/public administration or MBA Preferred.
