This position is responsible for the production and performance of the North Carolina regional mortgage sales team. Works closely with executive management to develop a sales strategy which integrates and compliments the Bank's overall performance objectives. Builds strong relationships with referral partners, area and regional bank leadership, and operations associates to achieve production goals. Ensures adherence to quality and service standards through strategic leadership and oversight of mortgage loan sales. This is a collaborative team environment with commitment to cross functional alignment and collaboration within multiple bank business units. Proven track record of sales management experience and results.
