The QA Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for defining and implementing quality assurance standards and best practices across the IT organization. This includes overseeing QA processes for custom web and integration development, SaaS platforms, data pipelines, and infrastructure solutions. This role ensures high-quality outcomes across diverse technology stacks while leading the adoption of modern QA technology and tools in alignment with DevOps and agile methodologies. This individual will serve as a proactive strategic partner to IT and business stakeholders, ensuring quality is embedded from ideation through delivery to support customer-focused, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is an advocate for a quality-first culture, shift-left testing, quality engineering, and agile practices, with a strong ability to influence teams, scale QA maturity and explore emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation across IT.
