About The Position

The Manager, Project Services will lead a team of consultants and subject matter experts dedicated to optimizing and supporting enterprise customers through process improvements, system integrations, and data-driven insights. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on project involvement to ensure customer success and long-term value realization. You will drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows, streamline service delivery, and maintain data integrity while fostering professional growth within your team. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is key, and you will continuously refine processes, enhance reporting and BI capabilities, and champion efficiency through technology and automation. Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree with 5+ years of experience in customer service, consulting, or professional services, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data management, business intelligence reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Experience with process automation, system integration using APIs, and AI-enabled service tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scoping, estimation, and workflow optimization.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop employees while fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid, and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of customer-facing consultants and subject matter experts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Oversee project scoping, SOW preparation, and delivery of post-live services to optimize customer adoption and long-term value.
  • Champion AI adoption and identify AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and standardize service outcomes.
  • Manage hybrid teams, balancing remote and in-office collaboration while maintaining high engagement and performance.
  • Own operational processes, PRM systems, and integrations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve workflows, dashboards, reporting, and overall customer journey.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex client issues and internal operational challenges.
