About The Position

The Manager, Project Services will lead a team of consultants and subject matter experts focused on delivering high-value outcomes for enterprise customers. This role combines people leadership, technical expertise, and process optimization to drive adoption, efficiency, and long-term value for clients. You will oversee multiple post-live service projects, mentor team members, and champion the use of AI and automation to enhance workflows. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in improving processes, dashboards, and system integrations. Success in this role directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and the overall effectiveness of service delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of customer service, consulting, or professional services experience with at least 2 years in management or leadership
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence (BI) reporting, dashboards, and data management
  • Proficiency with SQL, data manipulation, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and process automation tools
  • Experience with system integration using APIs
  • Applied AI proficiency and curiosity, leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, data analysis, and service delivery
  • Strong project management skills, including scoping, estimation, and tracking performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while driving team and client success

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of consultants and subject matter experts delivering post-live customer services
  • Oversee multiple concurrent onboarding, optimization, and implementation projects for enterprise clients
  • Drive AI adoption and integrate AI-assisted workflows to improve consultant productivity and customer outcomes
  • Develop and present Scopes of Work (SOWs) and project estimates for customers and prospects
  • Mentor and coach team members, provide feedback, and support career advancement
  • Build and improve processes, dashboards, and automation solutions that enhance customer adoption and long-term value
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues and ensure successful resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and other teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
