Manager, Project Manager - Strategic Projects The Channels Strategy and Experience (CXS) Chief of Staff Team supports an organization of approximately 1,000 associates within the Retail Bank’s Channels and Operations team. As a Strategic Project Manager on the CXS Chief of Staff Team, you will have the opportunity to both lead and support strategic business projects. In this exciting role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that will directly impact the Retail Bank organization. You will work with smart, talented people who will challenge you to excel. We're seeking someone that can leverage good judgement when autonomously solving complex white space problems. This person should be highly organized with proven ability to contribute to and drive strategic projects and execute on critical business and cultural priorities. They should have a strong attention to detail and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. As a Strategic Project Manager on the CXS Chief of Staff Team, you will: Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans for large scale projects for CXS Manage logistics and deliver key deliverables for CXS Senior Leaders Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments Lead CXS business routines and identify ways to improve and streamline Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work Use Google tools and features to organize and enhance information sharing.
