Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Support Services leadership team in the role of Manager, Project Management Office The Manager, Project Management Office manages a professional team that plans, manages and supports complex initiatives and projects consistent with IUH goals and strategies. You will determine, maintain, communicate and manage project organization, prioritization and strategic and tactical plans. You will provide data tracking and analytics for input into executive leadership reporting and decision making. Leads the development of sustainable, documented processes to support the business. The Manager, Project Management Office executes on initiatives based on sound data and leads performance improvement initiatives. You will develop, monitor, and report on operational performance, trending analysis and market comparisons, and special projects related to growth and financial performance. You will collaborate with management and peers and works cross functionally across the system to continually identify and lead improvement initiatives.
