About The Position

What we are looking for The Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) role has responsibility over the successful delivery of EAM projects to our customers. In this role, you will lead EAM’s Project Management Office (PMO) establishing and following Project Management (PM) best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope and with quality. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of our contracts and service agreements and the revenue associated with them. The PM team is tasked with working across the EAM organization and externally to create, monitor and execute plans to deliver solutions and services to our customers while meeting contractual obligations and achieving business objectives. Responsibilities Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, you will: Lead and manage a small team of project managers and professional services associates, coaching, motivating, mentoring, and influencing to take proactive action and accountability for their work, while holding accountability for their performance and results Develop and execute against departmental plans to achieve organizational priorities and establish, maintain, and continuously improve best practices within the PMO, and report progress to the business Establish a framework of tools, processes, policies and procedures and cadence of accountability for professionals within the PMO to encourage a consistent experience for our customers Provide training and mentoring to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Work closely with other areas of the EAM business including Technical Delivery, Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Care to develop synergies that set the PMO and Professional Services up for success in achieving results Lead, guide and support your team and senior leaders through escalations Oversee the preparation of the Quarterly Strategic Review (QSR), report progress to the business, and be accountable to achieving the forecasted results Manage people, financials and operations functions of the PMO, ensuring the team is right sized to deliver on their commitments while achieving key performance metrics Develop and implement a system to evaluate and improve the skills, experience, and professional development needs of all direct reports Ability to travel 15-20% within North America Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, information technology or other technical disciplines. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in software solution delivery. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in PMO leadership/supervisory roles. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (strongly preferred). Change management experience or certification. Advanced reporting/analytics skills (Power BI, dashboards) Preferred experience with EAM, ERP or similar software solutions. Requirements
