Role Overview Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Oversee the full portfolio of enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Manage resource allocation across projects to optimize efficiency and delivery. Policy, Process Development & Guidance Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies and quality policies. Maintain and evolve process assets and provide guidance to project teams on best practices. Project Monitoring & Reporting Utilize Project Management Systems (PMS) to track project progress, risks, and quality metrics. Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making. Project Support & Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate project schedules and proactively manage risks and issues. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders.
