The Manager, Programs for the College of Arts and Sciences provides comprehensive programmatic and administrative support to enhance the student experience and advance the College’s academic mission. With dual reporting to the Senior Manager for Administrative Operations and the Assistant Dean for Academic Programs, this position supports both the Dean’s Office and undergraduate program operations with a focus on excellence, collaboration, and service. The Manager, Programs coordinates and executes academic programs and events and supports the College’s interdisciplinary programs to promote student engagement and academic success. In addition to program management, this role provides senior-level administrative support to the Dean’s Office. Serving as a key point of contact for students, faculty, and leadership, the Manager, Programs ensures that College initiatives run efficiently, strategically align with institutional goals, and reflect the College’s commitment to innovation, engagement, and excellence in higher education. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as sound judgment in navigating complex situations. The Manager, Programs regularly handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to collaboration across departments, faculty, and student support units is essential. Additionally, the individual serves as a back-up to the Senior Manager for Administrative Operations, ensuring continuity of operations within the College.
