About The Position

Reporting to Director Programmatic Channels and Attribution, Manager Programmatic Social will build programmatic and social media campaigns. You will guide strategy on platforms like Trade Desk, DV360, and Meta Business Manager, ensuring creative agreement and data-driven audience targeting. You will oversee marketing projects, and foster collaboration with our teams and external partners to achieve our goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years in eCommerce/digital marketing, with a focus on digital design, media trends, and strategic execution, in retail/media industries.
  • Track record in leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Skill in managing relationships with agencies and social platforms, aligning efforts with our goals.
  • Expertise in driving digital marketing programs, for financial modeling and data-driven strategy development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement programmatic and social media strategies following goals and indicators.
  • Manage full campaign execution on Demand Side Platforms, like Trade Desk, DV360, and Meta Business Manager, and oversee creative processes.
  • Manage budgets for cost efficiency.
  • Track metrics like CTR, CPM, Return on investment; improve in real-time; troubleshoot ad trafficking and platform issues.
  • Lead budget, sales, and team management, ensuring a smooth execution of programmatic social and display advertising campaigns.
  • Mentor a team of specialists.
  • Collaborate with other teams (planning, analytics, creative) and build relationships with external media vendors and technology partners.
