We're growing our offerings, building on the recent launch of our successful streaming platform ViX. We are looking for a Manager, Programmatic Operations! As a key member of our programmatic operations team, you will focus on driving efficiency in operational workflow, partnering with product management, yield teams and sales to drive the programmatic business. The successful candidate will have a curiosity of programmatic operations, and a natural ability to partner with our SSP and DSP partners to create innovative programmatic solutions across Audio, CTV/OTT, display, video, and native. This role will report to the Director of Programmatic Operations. In this role, you will partner and work closely with senior leadership to develop a streamlined operational setup for maximizing programmatic revenue. You will use your deep analytical and technical skills to define innovative solutions to complex programmatic business problems. You will use your strong, interpersonal communication skills to work effectively across all levels within our organization and manage the Programmatic Operations team. You will drive excellence in the use of sales applications and ticketing processes centered around organizational use of Salesforce ensuring quality in the opportunity management and deal flow processes. Additionally, you will develop strategic relationships with our business partners and vendors, establish and improve workflow, processes, and establish goals for measuring and improving product output (quality, conformity, scalability, and sustainability). You will also analyze ad stack performance and recommend optimization techniques to improve programmatic monetization.
