This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience; Master's Degree and 6 years' experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a formal management position.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.).
  • 3 years of experience leading, implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Project Server and Oracle Primavera P6 tool ecosystems.
  • 3 years of experience leading planning teams and organizations in developing and managing integrated master schedules in an Earned Value (EVMS) compliant environment.

  • Acumen Fuse experience.
  • SSI Tools experience.
  • Experience in a DoD EMD environment.
  • Experience interfacing with customer Cost / Schedule integration with MS Project / Primavera and Cobra.
  • 2+ years of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management & Primavera P6 in an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, implement and continuously improve the division EVMS compliant scheduling processes across all Segment operations.
  • Lead a team of managers and analysts supporting activities including Digital Transformation, tool optimization, training and development for program support personnel.
  • Support proposal and strategy support and specific program planning and scheduling activities in support of monthly deliverable (IPMDAR) generation.
  • Ensure the scheduling implementation meets the reporting requirements and provide analysis on metrics for process excellence and continual improvement.
  • Provide day to day support to assigned segment team with guidance, troubleshooting, and satisfying programmatic requirements.
  • Advise segment and program leaders on integrating schedules with Earned Value Management and support internal and external reviews and audits.
