About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... The Program Content Manager operates at the center of strategy and execution for one of the most forward-looking initiatives in retail: Drone Delivery. This is not a “make slides” role. This is a narrative ownership role. You will architect the story of the Drone Program — ensuring leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams clearly understand where we’re going, why it matters, and how we win. You’ll transform complexity into alignment, protect message integrity across a fast-moving matrix organization, and elevate how the program shows up at every level — from working teams to executive forums. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in strategic communications, change management, creative operations, content strategy, marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience building executive-facing materials
  • Strong storytelling and visual design capabilities (PowerPoint/Keynote fluency required; design tools a plus)
  • Experience operating in matrixed or enterprise environments
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
