Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management with the ability to coordinate and oversee complex initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively manage expectations and present performance status.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Ability to analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data.
  • Experience mentoring and developing associates to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
  • Understand program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
  • Monitor execution and milestones of the program by tracking and reviewing high-level deliverables
  • Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership, managing expectations and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering a culture of respect and integrity.
