About The Position

Position Summary... As a Program Manager, Communication, you will have responsibility for managing communication planning, strategy, distribution, and organization for the Sourcing and Procurement organization. This includes business updates, townhall coordination, tool updates, training opportunities, and other relevant awareness campaigns. What you'll do... Execute Strategy: manage the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, from feasibility and gap analysis to execution and executive reporting. Drive Performance: Use KPIs, ROI analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends, solve root causes, and optimize processes. Lead & Develop: Supervise, hire, and mentor associates, ensuring a culture of belonging, accountability, and continuous learning. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
