The Manager, Program Management – Business Readiness and Deployment leads a team of program managers responsible for executing training and enablement strategies that support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives across Nordstrom’s Merchandising organization. This role partners closely with the Learning & Leadership (L&L) Center of Excellence in HR, Process, Program and Enablement teams, and Product and Tech to drive coordinated, scalable rollout plans. A strategic people leader and systems thinker, this manager simplifies complex change, aligns resources to priorities, and ensures high-impact execution.
