The Manager of Program Controls is responsible for establishing, leading, and maturing the Program Control (PC) function across the DDC enterprise. This role owns the development, execution, and continuous improvement of financial program control processes, tools, and standards, while providing senior-level financial advisory support to Operations leadership. The Manager of Program Controls manages the PC team, sets departmental priorities, ensures consistency and quality of outputs, and serves as the escalation point for complex program financial issues. This role partners closely with subsidiary Presidents, Directors of Operations, Program Managers, Finance and Accounting, Contracts, Pricing, and executive leadership to ensure proactive financial oversight, compliance, and informed decision-making across DDC’s contract portfolio.
