The Proficiency & Deployment Team is part of the Group Insurance claim operation. This manager leads a team that builds claim capability at pace—hiring, onboarding, training, and then deploying Disability Claim Managers into the areas of the organization where they’re needed most. You’ll lead 2-3 Team Leaders who are directly accountable for executing hiring, onboarding, and training. The team’s overall makeup will be in constant fluctuation as people move through stages (candidate review, onboarding, different phases of training, short-term flex support, and deployment). Assignments will flex as needed across the organization to meet business needs while accelerating individual proficiency. This will be a hybrid role based out of Newark NJ, Fort Washington, PA. or Shelton, CT. For exceptionally well-qualified candidates, Virtual working arrangement may be considered, with expectation of travel as required.
