About The Position

In this opportunity as Manager, Professional Services, you will: Manage a team of around 10 direct reports in consulting and training roles Collaborate closely with several internal teams including product, technology and sales Create and implement tools, processes and working practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of staff, and to enable staff to deliver best in class service in a profitable manner Co-create strategic initiatives of Professional Services with senior leadership vision and guidance Hire and onboard new staff

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working in a professional services organization or similar related leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, and/or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in professional learning environment; quickly grasps new skills, principles and concepts
  • Leadership skills to support the recruiting, training and professional development of dedicated professional service team members, and management of team according to the standards for consulting and training delivery
  • Strong cross team/group/organizational collaboration skills. Must have the ability to achieve objectives by successfully interacting and collaborating with peers, stakeholders, and executive leadership
