About The Position

As a key member of the Product Planning team, you will drive multi-channel growth by balancing new product introductions with strategic inventory investment. You will be responsible for optimizing demand and inventory across the end-to-end supply chain to maximize both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability. You are a highly analytical professional, comfortable working with large datasets and moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to granular execution. You thrive at the intersection of planning and operations and possess the communication skills necessary to influence cross-functional partners and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership. You love to use your analytical skills to take actionable insights to drive the business forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent relevant experience.
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in inventory, merchandise, or demand planning, preferably in the apparel or footwear industry.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proven track record in product lifecycle management, from initial buy planning to end-of-life clearance strategies.
  • Experience overseeing purchase order placement and factory management.
  • Ability to partner with internal teams to manage pricing, margin targets, and in-season adjustments.
  • Confident in presenting complex data-driven insights and seasonal plans to executive leadership, translating numbers into actionable business strategies.
  • A "blank canvas" thinker who thrives in ambiguity. You don’t just follow processes; you build them to increase efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to pivot between high-level strategic thinking and "in-the-weeds" attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator and have the ability to quickly grasp new concepts while asking appropriate questions when information or instruction is not entirely clear.
  • Ability to be in the SF office for key milestone meetings throughout the month.
