In this role, you will be responsible for owning and defining the roadmap for producer-facing platforms, aligning business goals with system capabilities. Your work will ensure that internal teams are equipped to execute critical workflows such as onboarding, compliance, and reporting. You will lead enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce functionalities while driving collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams. This position is integral to supporting change management and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, business systems analysis, or product ownership.
- Proficiency with Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in coordinating UAT cycles and cross-functional project teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the roadmap for producer-facing Salesforce capabilities across various clouds.
- Translate organizational goals and regulatory requirements into clear system requirements.
- Prioritize enhancements based on business value and operational impact.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT for system performance monitoring and configuration updates.
