About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Manager of Product Management of our global Technology organization will focus on building Digital Products for QVC's business and driving innovation in the Digital eCommerce space. You will manage the Transactional Experience Digital Portfolio for QVC, focused on optimization of website and mobile apps to provide the best customer experiences and increase conversion. Driving the vision for our products based on market research, customer and partner needs, our goals and strategy, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Digital or a combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years' experience guiding product strategy and leading product teams.
• Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data.
• Experienced in Design Thinking and evidence-based decision-making.
• Understanding of Agile Development methodologies and the Product Owner function.
• Knowledge of the retail industry and latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the build and execution of the Product Strategy for QVC Digital business.
• Identify new opportunities to delight and engage consumers.
• Improve traffic to ensure improved conversion and a positive customer experience.
• Define the vision for the QVC Product, aligning it with goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Lead a team of Associate to Senior level Product Managers.
• Make strategic decisions on solutions and external partners.
• Present the product vision to the team and share product strategy.
• Guide product discovery based on product vision.
• Define product goals in collaboration with the partner group.
• Work with partners to create support, educate, and prioritize new features.
• Develop a global network of partners and subject matter experts.
• Build an outstanding product team by defining goals for team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and have expert-level knowledge of the product domain.
• Establish relationships with important partners.
