About the Team The Upmarket Acquisitions Product team is responsible for the customer experience for all applicants to to Upmarket’s flagship card products, one of the fastest growing programs at Capital One. This role focuses on removing friction from the application experience and building new capabilities for application decisioning. You will set the product vision and deliver a roadmap of enhancements to delight applicants and drive conversion rate improvement, collaborating with platform and segment partners to shape the end to end customer experience.
