About The Position

Manage and oversee Technical Product Managers by owning day-to-day supervision, administrative responsibilities, attendance and availability expectations, performance management, goal setting, and feedback, while ensuring consistent adherence to established processes and standards. Ensure accountability and continuous improvement by coaching for skill development, responsiveness, ownership, and execution discipline, and by fostering a culture of professionalism, reliability, and sustained performance growth. Own delivery oversight and mid-tier escalation management, serving as the first point of escalation for delivery risks, dependency issues, and execution challenges, while ensuring commitments are realistic, clearly understood, and actively tracked. Critically evaluate estimates and timelines by leveraging prior hands-on experience to validate assumptions, scope, dependencies, and effort, ask probing questions when timelines are misaligned, and partner with the Director to escalate only well-analyzed, actionable issues. Provide technical product leadership and guidance by ensuring requirement clarity and decomposition, evaluating trade-offs across scope, time, and complexity, and partnering effectively with engineering, data, and architecture teams. Serve as a trusted technical sounding board by supporting complex product and technical decisions, ensuring high-quality product artifacts, documentation, and stakeholder communication, and maintaining strong credibility with engineering through demonstrated technical and delivery expertise. Reinforce and evolve product management processes, standards, and innovation by ensuring consistency in how work is planned, estimated, tracked, and communicated, while encouraging new ideas, improved approaches, and continuous innovation within the team. Drive continuous improvement and accountability to organizational product metrics by monitoring productivity, throughput, quality indicators, and requirement quality (e.g., requirement gaps, user story clarity), identifying inefficiencies, and holding the team accountable for measurable execution and product outcomes.
