The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is at the heart of delivering critical communications - from the credit cards in our customers' wallets to their essential statements and letters. We build the cutting-edge platform capabilities that ensure these billions of pieces of correspondence are produced and delivered seamlessly. As a Product Manager on our Outbound Correspondence team, you won't just manage; you'll innovate. You'll own the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation to development and launch, specifically driving the modernization of the core technology that powers our credit card production. You'll be a central figure, collaborating across diverse teams, including Software Engineers and Architects to key partners in Supply Chain, Operations, and various business stakeholders. Your mission will be to deeply understand both internal and external customer needs, translating them into innovative new capabilities that not only optimize but transform our credit card production. We're seeking a visionary Product Manager who blends robust product management expertise with a keen understanding of data systems, processing, and, most importantly, user needs. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and demonstrate strong matrixed leadership across numerous internal and external partners will be crucial to your success.
