Paying a credit card is one of the most fundamental moments that we have with our customers. It directly impacts their ability to manage finances effectively, maintain good credit standing and over time grow their credit line and expand into different products and services. A seamless payment experience reduces friction, enhances customer satisfaction with Capital One, and builds trust in our brand. Given the impact that a payment decision has on a customer's financial health and the rapidly changing technological and regulatory landscape, payments is an area with ample opportunity for us to Change Banking for Good. Today we support a number of channels that customers can make a payment in, including the Capital One mobile app and authenticated Web experience, IVR, Agent, in a branch or cafe, ATM and more. We are looking for a Manager, Product Manager who will be the product lead for the Mobile channel. As the Mobile Product Manager on the Payments team, you will lead 2 tech teams (iOS and Android) to deliver against a strategic and high visibility agenda.

  • Develop a strategic vision and OKRs
  • Iterate through a test and learn agenda, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts and designers to deliver new capabilities, features and experiences on your roadmap
  • Manage key stakeholders and partners
  • Lead your tech team through agile ceremonies including PI and sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
