Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep empathy for the developer persona and identify high return on investment pain points in the Capital One software development lifecycle.
• Work horizontally across the company to build relationships and analyze existing products that may solve for Card use-cases.
• Define when new functionality should be added or built from the ground up.
• Drive accelerated continuous discovery processes that optimize user adoption through outcome orientation and empowerment.
• Self-identify opportunities for automation and efficiency through data extraction and analysis.
