As a Manager, Product Management - Credit Review, your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Direct the day-to-day efforts for a patented custom workflow application that empowers users to provide assurance and oversight for the Board of Directors and Regulatory Community. Manage the day-to-day priorities and execution for a team of 7+ Engineers. Foster a collaborative team environment by building relationships with Business partners, plus Risk Product, Technology and Design partners. Partner with the business stakeholder to gather new requirements and with technology team to deliver new features to support business needs. Deeply understand the analytical needs of Credit Review and partner with them to identify opportunities for improvement. Prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes. Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design. Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams. Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments. Conduct training to our business customers regarding the new features of our products.

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • AWS certification.
  • 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • 1+ years of experience with data analytics and data modeling.
  • 1+ years of experience with cloud and technology services.
  • 1+ years of experience with technical optimization, architecture, and data design.
