Capital One's Correspondence Platform is building a new enterprise platform to support all outbound documents and onboarding new use cases across multiple lines of business. As the Product Owner for the Tenant Enablement vertical, this role involves refining and onboarding new use cases across both frontend and backend platforms, including internal migration for letters and disclosures, defining strategy and driving execution of self-service tenant onboarding capabilities, and directly managing a contractor product owner.
