The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is crucial for delivering essential customer communications, including credit cards, statements, and letters, by building cutting-edge platform capabilities to ensure seamless production and delivery of billions of pieces of correspondence. The Capital One Correspondence Platform is currently developing a new enterprise platform to support all outbound documents and onboard new use cases across various lines of business. In this role, as the Product Owner for the Tenant Enablement vertical, you will be responsible for refining and onboarding new use cases across both the frontend and backend platform, including the internal migration for letters and disclosures, defining the strategy and driving the execution of self-service tenant onboarding capabilities, and directly managing a contractor product owner.
